The Art of Meditation and Visualization
This class is designed for everyone to attend and experience. Whether you are experienced at meditation and visualization or have never done either one, but are curious about them, this class is for you. This is a great way to start the new year.
You will learn and participate in the experience of meditation. Julie will guide you through a visualization process in order to release the old and make room for the new and better. Participants will get to shed their limiting thoughts and behaviors, and reconnect to their unlimited abilities.
This class is fun, and casual, and thoroughly enjoyable.
